Project HIRED Transitions to Remote Services in Response to COVID-19
During these trying times, Project HIRED is continuing all our services by converting to a virtual delivery model. Through the challenges ahead, we will still be here and supporting our clients.
In accordance with Santa Clara County's shelter in place order given to protect the health and safety of our community amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, the staff of
Project HIRED will work remotely until further notice. Our employees
are equipped to conduct all daily operations from their homes.
At this time, Project HIRED remains fully operational. Our programs remain ready to serve our clients with virtual services (orientation, workshops, 1:1 career consulting,
and additional conversations).
We have adapted our client services operations to a virtual model to provide the same
level of professionalism and content that we always have. If you have any issues please
do not hesitate to reach out to me. For clients, our Career Counselor Jihan is delivering
services, workshops, events and resources that have all been adapted to the challenging
times we are in. We are providing clients with job leads through the excellent work of
our HR and Operations Director Michelle Miller, (experienced in recruiting and loves connecting clients to job opportunities!)
We remain committed to our mission of assisting individuals with disabilities
to gain and sustain employment.
As we move forward, our services are more important than ever before as we work through recovery from the challenges we face right now.
