Applying for Services: How to become a Project HIRED client

To apply for services, please plan to attend one of our orientation sessions held each Tuesday from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. at our San Jose office.

A reservation is not required. However, if you are in need of any accommodations please contact us at least three (3) business days in advance so that we can make necessary arrangements.

Please note: Orientation sessions start PROMPTLY at 2:00 PM. If you arrive late, you may be asked to return at another time.

If you are unablwe to attend an orientation session at our San Jose office due to a disability related issue or you resisde elsewhere please contact our offices by phone or email to arrange a remote intake. Services are available nationwide.

Please download and complete an Application for Services and Disability Verification From to bring with you. A completed verification of disability signed by your practitioner is required in order to make a final determination about your eligibility for Project HIRED services.
